IFPHA promotes optimum health in Buncombe County and surrounding areas by addressing the SDoH and the inequities in access to affordable and preventive healthcare. Our community nurses and community health worker provide health education, healthy food items, health assessments, cleaning, and transportation to low-wealth, African Americans and other POC.
