After 16 years as Executive Director of Just Economics, I have decided to transition out of my role later this year. Leading this small but mighty organization has been one of the greatest honors of my life. I feel deeply grateful to have worked alongside so many passionate and talented individuals—staff, board members, volunteers, and community partners—who share a commitment to economic justice.
I believe this is the right time for both me and the organization. Just Economics is in strong hands, with a dedicated staff and board who will continue to advance our mission through authentic grassroots organizing, powerful advocacy, and creative solutions to the challenges our community faces.
While we do not yet have a specific timeline for my departure or the selection of a new Executive Director, we are thoughtfully working through that process with the support of experienced consultants to ensure a smooth and intentional transition.
I am so proud of all we have accomplished together and confident that Just Economics will continue to make a meaningful impact in the years ahead. It has been an extraordinary privilege to serve this organization and our community.
