As 2025 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on how much our community has weathered and accomplished together. The past year has been one of rebuilding and renewal across Western North Carolina – and Just Economics has been proud to stand alongside our neighbors, partners, and advocates as we continue to work for a more just and sustainable local economy.
In the wake of Hurricane Helene, we have seen firsthand the deep connection between economic justice and disaster recovery. With your support, we’re ensuring that rebuilding efforts are equitable and that people most impacted are leading the way. Together, we are building power and resilience for the future.
